"Cute, but definitely not worth the price"
I really did want to love it, but for what I paid, the items were small and nothing that special. Shipping was fine, so at least there’s that. But value-wise, I can’t really see myself ordering again unless I suddenly decide I enjoy overpaying.

The ingredients seemed really fresh, and everything came out nicely in the end. It was a little pricier than I expected, but not outrageous. I kept thinking it would be great for a weekend dinner when you actually have time to cook instead of rushing around, which is usually my problem. Overall, I was happy with it.

"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered from artoftheroot.com the shipping was faster than I was expecting. It’s always nice when a company gets things moving without you having to wonder what’s going on.
My package showed up in just a few days, and the tracking updated along the way. It wasn’t instant, but it felt reliable and I wasn’t left waiting around or guessing.
I’m giving 4 stars because the box was a little banged up when it arrived, but everything inside was perfectly fine. Overall, I had a good experience and felt comfortable ordering from them.

"Smells Good, Just Kinda Strong"
Overall, I like the scent. It smells nice, just a little stronger than I expected. Not bad or anything, but you don’t need much or it can get a bit much.

It looked interesting at first, and I wanted to feel good about buying, but some of the information felt a bit vague to me. The checkout process was okay overall, just a bit clunky and slower than I expected. My payment did go through in the end, so if you’re ordering, I’d say just give it a minute and don’t refresh too quickly.

I ordered from Art of the Root it felt legit. I’m usually skeptical when companies use a lot of polished, spiritual-sounding language because it can come off fake fast, but this didn’t feel that way. The items had a good energy to them and didn’t seem gimmicky or overdone. Shipping was fine, no issues there. I’d order from them again.

I had a small issue with my order, so I reached out to customer service. they got back to me faster than I expected and were really nice about it. It did take a little back and forth to get everything sorted out, but they answered my questions and helped fix the problem. Overall, it was a good experience, just not completely perfect.

The herbs didn’t feel old or dried out at all, and the oils smelled great right away. That definitely made me feel more confident about the quality of their products. The packaging was solid too, nothing leaked or looked damaged. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, so I’d give it 4 stars, but overall I had a good experience and would definitely order from them again.

I had a question about my order, so I emailed them figuring I’d probably be waiting a while. But nope, they got back to me quickly, and the answer actually made sense. They were nice about it too, which I appreciated. i blame them for making me feel way better about ordering from them again. Just simple, solid customer service with no runaround...
